Zamyra Franco-Baguio

* She considers her continuing professional and personal experiences as her greatest education. She has over 10 years combined hands-on practice in Human Resources, Training and Marketing from multi-national and local participates in seminars and continues membership in the Personnel Managers Association of the Phils. (PMAP)

* She is Past President of the San Miguel Toastmasters Club, earned the distinction of Advance Toastmaster and Competent Leader. During her term the club was recognized as Area Club of the Year and Select Distinguished Club by Toastmasters International

* As the Managing Consultant of LEADERS LINK, a consulting center she organized, she is dedicated at enhancing individual productivity and organizational success. She also directs the operations of the family owned- UHA Caregiver Training Center.

Leonor S. Caneja

Leonor has more than 20 years experience in various businesses of San Miguel Corporation. Her areas of expertise are - Organization Development, Organization Culture and Human Resources Management. She was AVP- Training and OMD Director for San Miguel Brewing Domestic & International Operations (Asia-Pacific and China) based in Hong Kong before she migrated to Canada in 1999. Countries covered in this assignment are: Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Sydney, India and Philippines.

She has attended various international accreditations: Senior Management TQM Implementation Strategy Training series with Dr. Sauro Ishikawa and Dr. Edward Deming at the JUSE Headquarters in Tokyo; TQM Study Missions in Korea, Japan, China and the US; 7 Basic Habits of Highly Effective People in Utah with Dr. Stephen R. Covey; QC Problem Solving Processes with Ralph Barra in Pennsylvania; True Colors and Myers-Briggs Personality Interpretations in Psychometrics, Canada.

She holds a Ph.D. in Organization & Culture Development from the University of Toronto on a Scholarship grant. She also holds a Masters Degree in Psychology and Masters in Management.
A global traveler & Magna Cum Laude graduate, she is currently a Journalist- Researcher, OD Consultant and Senior Facilitator at the Canadian Olympics Centre for Corporate Excellence and Quality and Continuous Improvement Centre of Canada. She is also an active Mentor-Volunteer for Foreign-Trained Professionals who migrate to Ontario thru the Human Resources Development of Canada. She has co-authored various Journals and Reading Studies for HRDC of Canada.

* Mr. Ruiz is a skilled Trainer and HR consultant having over 8 years of combined hands-on practice in Human Resources. He has facilitated various seminar workshops for several companies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and government agencies including those conducted in other regions in the Visayas and Mindanao.

* Also a practicing Certified Public Accountant before dedicating most of his time in the HR practice, he obtained his BS in Commerce, Major in Accounting from the University of San Carlos and has Masters units in Management at the University of the Philippines in the Visayas – Lahug (Cebu) Campus.

* Mr. Ruiz is also an accredited trainer and facilitator for an NGO whose mission is for the enhancement of personal and organizational development.

Glenda Dawn B. Carlota

Glenda Dawn B. Carlota is a seasoned marketing and sales practitioner with over a decade of practical experience.

Having been exposed to organizations in different industries namely: Basic Graphics Incorporated, Asia Technologies Corporation, Asia Mobile Corporation, Christine International Philippines Incorporated, LuDo and LuYm Development Corp., Mango Square, Pilmico Mauri Foods Corp., Ayala Center Cebu, Shopping Center Management Corporation - SM Megamall, Shopping Center Management Corporation - SM City Cebu, she has acquired varied and diverse knowledge and applications in both fields.

A consultant by profession, she now manages Pendulum Business and Management Consultancy, a firm established by her together with some friends.

Ms. Carlota finished her Bachelor in Business Management Degree at the University of the Philippines Cebu College. She also attained her Masters of Management Degree from the same school.
